I guess I have been away for a while but I have been very focused on clearing my energy paths to be able to vibrate at a higher frequency. When we vibrate at a higher frequency we do not get bogged down by life and the small issues always going on around us. We are closer to the light and the events around us just seem to happen, we get into the flow and ride the waves of fun and happiness. Our life is what we make of it. We decide if we want to be happy and look at the bright side of life or want to be sad/angry and look at the negative side. Every morning I make sure to get a good start and smile:-)

Well I just want to tell you about the analogy that Don Miguel Ruiz talks about in his book.

Imagine having a magic kitchen...where anything I mean ANYTHING you want to eat you get from this kitchen. You invite ALL your family and friends and they also get ANYTHING they want from this kitchen.

One day someone knocks at your door and stands there with a pizza. You say hello and he says that for you to get this pizza you need to be nice to him and clean the house and then you will get all the pizzas you want...

You think, I ALREADY have all the food I could possibly want...so why would I need this guys pizza.

You nicely say to him Thank you but NO thank you, because you already have all you want.

NOW, take this analogy of the kitchen and relate it to LOVE. If you LOVE YOURSELF you do not need anyone else to fill the gap. If you love yourself and everyone around you that is all you will ever need. Isn't that great???

So just LOVE YOURSELF!!!! Go ahead and do this and when you meet someone who loves him or herself also all you need to do is live happily ever after side by side......

Simple isn't it?

Keeping your Energy level at your highest

Hi and I hope your day is great and that the sun is shining on you too. 

A lot of people come to me asking, What is energy? Well it is like air....without it we would not be alive. It is all around us and inside us and keeps us alive. Some people can "see" the energy and help others balance it, we call them healers. In fact everyone is a healer, some of us have just come to help people relearn their craft. When a healer works with you she/he is really just assisting your body in remembering and you are the real healer. If you remember that your body is healing itself 24/7 you would maybe start to watch what you put into your body and how you treat it.  There are many ways of making sure your body is in great shape and of course eating healthy and the right food is very important, but have you heard of THINKING the right things??

Thinking the right thoughts and loving your body and your being is very important. It can be lifesaving in certain situations.

My grandmother had cancer of the blood and she had a fairly good chance of surviving. Her room mate had a very much more severe form of cancer and not good chances of survival. My grandmother CHOSE to die and her roommate CHOSE to live. 

Everyday we can choose to smile or to be sad. I choose to be happy and live my life to the max.

Vibeke's vibe is great. She has been hiking the Shanandoah

Mountains and enjoyed every mile. Today the trees were absolutely beautiful and the colors were unbelievably vibrant. If one were to recreate these colors it would almost look unreal. Tora, my wonderdog was hiking with me. She did have some squirrels to run after otherwise she was right behind me or right in front, depending if we were going up or down. She slept all the way home...

When we came home she ate everything in her bowl....

I believe we need to feel the energy of the mountains and of course Mother Earth to re-energize ourselves. I believe in walking barefoot to absorb the red mother earth energy. Of course not barefoot when hiking but if you sit down and have your feet on the ground it is good to let your feet touch the earth. 

I hope everyone has had a great weekend. I can't wait to start the new week and see what miracles are going to happen.

Vibekes Birthday Today!!!!

Today is a special day for me. Not everyone gets up in the morning with a bathroom running over with water. To say it lightly I got my feet wet on my B-day. The plumber was called and it is fixed. The rest of the day went great and I got to be with my family. I know this is a very public site but my clients and friends who visit this site never know what is going to be written. I can tell you that I have just finished re-reading the Don Miguel Ruiz book about the 4 Agreements:

1 Always be true to your word

2 Never assume anything

3 Do not take anything anyone else says personally(they are talking about themselves) not you.

4 Be good to yourself and don't judge yourself

These do not sound difficult but just try number 1 for a whole day, maybe just an hour and see what happens.

btw this is just my opinion and  I am not suggesting you really do this but this is also the way to free yourself .

Holistic Therapy

I started my life as a healer without knowing it. I would put my hands on plants and animals and make them better. In the beginning I thought everyone was like that and it was normal. I learned that not everyone was open to it so I stopped talking about it and just did it when I was alone.

Today I work with it and I try to teach as many as possible that we all have the gift. It is just there for us to remember how to use it. I believe  my work is to open peoples minds and bodies to the Healing Arts.
